Use 2 mobile phones with 1 number

Each SIM card functions independently of the other and each has its own individual memory. In practice, this means that:

• If you change the PIN number of one card, the PIN number of the other SIM card will remain unchanged until you change the code on the second handset as well;
• If you manually programme lists of telephone numbers or networks abroad, you should do so for both SIM cards.

The size of the cards may also vary, if the two handsets you are using need it. In that case, you use one large (standard) and one small (plug-in) SIM card.

Only one of your DUO cards will enable you to use the m-banxafe services (the one with the m-banxafe logo printed on it).

Switch one handset on and the other off

For ProxiDuo to work well, only one of the two handsets should be turned on. You must turn off one handset before turning on the other.

If, regardless of this advice, the two handsets are on at the same time, we advise you to turn off both and then turn on the one you wish to use.
